What if my giclee/print is damaged?

We are so sorry! Each print is inspected carefully before shipping, but bad things can happen en route! If your giclee or poster is damaged during shipping, please call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS and file a damage claim immediately. You can also file a damage claim online at www.ups.com. Once the claim is approved, we will send you a replacement. The process usually takes about a week from the date you initiate your claim with UPS.

If you believe the damage was done prior to shipping or that your giclee/print is defective, you may return it to Bryan for either a replacement or a refund of the giclee/print purchase price within 14 days of delivery. Please include a copy of your order confirmation email to expedite processing of your request. Review your shipping invoice for a return address, or email [email protected] with “Need shipment info” in the subject line to request shipment information. If you are getting a replacement, we will ship you your new giclee/print after we receive your returned item.
