We are so sorry! Each print is inspected carefully before shipping, but bad things can happen en route! If your giclee or poster is damaged during shipping, please call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS and file a damage claim immediately. You can also file a damage claim online at www.ups.com. Once the claim is approved, we will send you a replacement. The process usually takes about a week from the date you initiate your claim with UPS.
If you believe the damage was done prior to shipping or that your giclee/print is defective, you may return it to Bryan for either a replacement or a refund of the giclee/print purchase price within 14 days of delivery. Please include a copy of your order confirmation email to expedite processing of your request. Review your shipping invoice for a return address, or email email@example.com with “Need shipment info” in the subject line to request shipment information. If you are getting a replacement, we will ship you your new giclee/print after we receive your returned item.
